Welcome to my website pertaining to my professional activities.  I have been working in various capacities in museums for 14 years. I consider myself fortunate to have found my true passion in life and am dedicated to expanding the role of art and culture in people's lives.  As a curator and director, I have been successful in attracting a large and diverse audience by organizing exhibitions, programs and lectures that range from the traditional to the popular.  
 
My professional and academic appointments have provided me with extensive experience in all areas relevant to arts administration and curation:

  • Conception and implementation of innovative exhibitions and programming 
  • Management of master exhibition and educational programming schedules
  • Authorship and design of didactic material and museum publications
  • Development, design and implementation of electronic exhibition components and supplements
  • Authorship and implementation of art history lectures, art trips and academic presentations
  • Fine art handling and registration protocols
  • Identification, acquisition and administration of funds and gifts
  • Preparation and administration of strategic plans and budgets
  • Work with boards, committees and advisory groups
  • Collaboration with, and consultant to, arts, cultural and community agencies
  • Cultivation and maintenance of collector and donor relationships
  • Liaison to local, national and international artists
  • Press releases, media relationships, exhibition and program marketing
